Genesis has been plowing through Ulduar since it's release in mid-April, and we've begun work on the Anytechamber. Group 1 made a valiant attempt at the Assembly of Iron, downing two of the iron dwarves and reducing the third to 50%! They then moved over to Kologarn and slaughtered him mercilessly.

Then Group 2 flew in and, after some practice, defeated Kologarn and Auriaya and her many, many cats!

Congratulations to both Ulduar groups! Next week we will push even further, perhaps clearing the Anytechamber and moving on to even greater challenges deeper within the Titan city.

Well, it's here. Patch 3.1 has been live since Wednesday and already Genesis has begun the invasion of the new raid instance Ulduar.

First there's Mimiron's creation, the Flame Leviathan. The Genesis team engaged in an epic battle involving siege vehicles, iron dwarves and a whole lot of carnage. In the end, the Flame Leviathan was sent to the scrapyard and Genesis downed its first Ulduar boss - on hard mode no less, earning the Shutout achievement.
"Total systems failure. Defense protocols breached. Leviathan Unit shutting down. "

Following this victory, the team pushed on and confronted the proto-drake Razorscale. With the aid of the Expedition dwarves, they harpooned Razorscale like a fish and slaughtered it like one too. Another point for Genesis!

Finally, the Genesis team fought another of Mimiron's creations, the childish XT-002 Deconstructor. They proved that they weren't to be toyed with and quickly deconstructed the Deconstructor... permanently!
You are bad toys! Very ba-a-a-a-ad!

Congratulations to everyone on the Ulduar team, and best of luck in the upcoming bosses! And to those of you who have yet to see the Titan city, sign up to our Heroic raid group this Sunday and begin the march towards the Death God Yogg-Saron!

Malygos has been defeated, our members are now prepairing themselves for greater challenges within the 10 person raids such as 'Sartharion with multiple drakes', 'The Undying' and 'A Poke In The Eye (and a slap across the face)'.

Our recruitment is still open, I doubt it will ever be closed- At the moment we are doing well on melee dps and healers and we are looking for more tanks and ranged dps- healers will always be welcome.

If you are interested, get in contact with one of the founders [Degort, Kurtis, Valderon] first- you shouldn't join a guild with more questions than answers. Alternatively, Kurtis has written up an introduction to our guild here.

Genesis took on Naxxramas again tonight, and dealt a considerable blow to the Lich King's forces. Every minion of the Scourge present in that necropolis has met it's painful end, courtesy of the kind people of our guild!

First up was Instructor Razuvious, Arthas' primary Death Knight instructor. He and his death knight pupils fought hard, but he was no match for our combined might. We quickly granted him...
"An honorable... death..."

Next up was Gothik the Harvester, a skilled necromancer and a cunning opponent. But once he gave up sending his waves of minions after us, we struck him down just like everyone else!
"I...am...undone!"

Then there were the Four Horsemen: Thane Korth'azz, Lady Blaumeux, Sir Zeliek and Baron Rivendare. But if they thought they had strength in numbers, they were sadly mistaken. One by one they fell from their mounts until none were left fighting.

Frost wyrms may look fierce, but when Genesis took on Sapphiron, we showed that we're fiercer! The once-great blue dragon was released from his involuntary duty of guarding Kel'Thuzad and laid to rest. But not before recovering the [Key to the Focusing Iris] from his undead body!

Then, finally, the big one. Kel'Thuzad, the archlich. Once a great wizard of Dalaran, this lich is known for his pivotal role in the plague attack on Lordaeron. We decided to pay him a visit, and before long, the Archlich had been defeated and Genesis took its rightful place on the throne as the kings of Naxxramas.
Agghhhh! Do... not... rejoice! Your victory is a hollow one, for I shall return with powers beyond your imagining!

That's right, Genesis has taken it's first step back into raiding glory with the devastation of the mighty Necropolis of Naxxramas. Bosskills are as follows:
